Breading love! Breaded Pork Cutlets

Breading meat or fish is not a new concept but one that works well to get a quick and easy dinner on the table.

Pork or chicken cutlets are packed with flavor and are one of my favorites. What’s your favorite way cook breaded food ? I tend to shallow fry in avocado oil until crispy and golden brown.

Breading as food preparation has been around for over. Over time how and what you can use as breading mix has changed breadcrumbs, to Panko from Japan to even now ground pork rinds.

The basic steps are.

First dip the item you are breading into the flour, then into the egg, and lastly into the breadcrumbs. Make sure you shake off any excess coating at each step. Fry or bake until cooked.
